JOB SUMMARY: InstaMed is looking for self-motivated, proactive, results-oriented candidates who want to excel and learn in an open, professional, and team-oriented environment. The Sales Development Representative is a sales professional who strategically hunts and qualifies new business opportunities for InstaMed Business Development team. The ideal candidate will be highly self-motivated, persistent and comfortable calling prospects who have limited awareness of InstaMed. This candidate should have a keen understanding of the healthcare landscape and be able to articulate technical terms and quantitative value propositions. The Sales Development Representative will be assigned a region and a number of target accounts to engage and qualify for demonstrations with the paired Sales Executives on their team. The Sales Development Representative will be compensated for all demonstrations sourced and receive commission for those that become InstaMed customers.
JOB SUMMARY: The Healthcare Solutions Product Manager position will be responsible for the overall management of InstaMed Healthcare Solutions. This includes, but is not limited to all Healthcare Clearinghouse transaction types. This position will be responsible for planning and developing the product roadmap, developing business cases, writing feature requirements, and managing feature delivery through the software delivery lifecycle. We are searching for a candidate that has strong project management and organizational skills, is a good communicator, and demonstrates proficiency in business analysis tools. Furthermore, we’re looking for someone with strong product management experience and skills, and in particular someone with proficiency in EDI.
Some travel will be required for this position.
