We are looking for an Associate Product Manager to help support strategic initiatives and improve the consumer experience.  You’ll apply quantitative analysis, data mining and work cross-functionally with engineering and product partners to influence key product roadmap, identify actionable product opportunities, and drive product efforts to improve the consumer product area. Furthermore, a Product Management Analyst will receive on-the-job leadership development training to become a future Product Manager at InstaMed.

Some travel will be required for this position.

• Use data to influence and evolve new features for a particular product or solution
• Perform research and come up with solutions to business problems identified by customers
• Write requirements and feature details, and work with developers and testers to see the build and QA of a particular set of features end-to-end
• Understand and review KPIs tied to solutions and products
• Create deliverables to support launch of new products
• Work with Product Marketing to support new product positioning and documentation efforts

• Undergraduate Degree
• 2-5 years of experience in technology or data analysis
• Payments or Healthcare experience a plus
• Technical experience in a technology or software company preferred
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Very strong analytical and data visualization skills
• Effective at prioritizing tasks, managing time, expectations, organizing people, and getting things done
• Dynamic self-starter eager to learn new skills and make an impact
