JOB SUMMARY: The Implementation Specialist will be responsible for managing the inbound implementation queue and ensuring quality outcomes of the provisioning process. This includes reviewing inbound contracts, identifying correct configurations, and working closely with Professional Services Management to assign new implementation activities. Additionally, the Implementation Specialist will be required to manage initiatives related to process improvement, new release testing, and conversion projects as needed. The Implementation Specialist must be effective at managing multiple tasks/projects and have a strong attention to detail. InstaMed is a fast-paced healthcare technology company, so the ability to learn and retain product knowledge is critical to success. The Implementation Specialist will be assessed on the overall productivity and accuracy of the InstaMed provider accounts that they work and the outcomes of the projects they oversee.

Manage implementation queue for InstaMed’s solutions with healthcare providers
Ensure accuracy of all customer orders received from Sales and Contracting
Configure contracted solutions for InstaMed’s healthcare provider customers on the InstaMed Platform
Coordinate with internal departments and InstaMed’s partners as needed on provisioning activities
Actively review and analyze areas for process improvement and implement changes to drive efficiency within the department.
Lead initiatives as needed to support customer onboarding, conversion and process improvement.
Maintain documentation in InstaMed’s CRM on customer provisioning status, next steps, and expected go live date.
Coordinate and collaborate with InstaMed’s Partner Implementation team regarding the provisioning of new partner implementations
Collaborate with InstaMed’s Business Development, Product Management, Customer Service and Merchant Boarding/EDI Enrollment Departments in support of customer provisioning
Help provide oversight and training to new team members
Assist in testing new InstaMed releases
Any other duties as applicable to the position
Healthcare technology experience preferred
Bachelor’s Degree or higher
Strong Attention to Detail
Understanding of the Healthcare Industry
Excellent organizational skills in managing timelines of multiple tasks
Ability to rapidly learn InstaMed’s platform and solutions
Ability to acquire and apply new technical and industry knowledge quickly
Proficiency in all aspects of Microsoft Office
