Overview

JOB SUMMARY: The Product Marketing position will be responsible for supporting the execution of product launch activities. The ideal candidate for this position will have experience developing strong product content, communicating clearly across stakeholders, driving a project toward a common goal, thinking critically about problems, and proposing solutions that align with company goals.  The product marketer will use his or her skills to define problems, identify solutions, manage product launch, and communicate cross-functionally.  We are searching for a candidate with a tremendous amount of passion and tenacity in the growing business of healthcare payments.  This position is intended for someone with the desire to grow and be challenged while making a real impact working for an industry innovator.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions:

  • Develop content about products and solutions to be used to train Business Development and Marketing, and to be used in sales pitches and marketing campaigns
  • Conduct analysis to ensure adoption and success with new and enhanced solutions
  • Ensure demo sites and documentation align with product positioning and pricing
  • Any other duties as applicable to the position

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • 5+ years of experience working with technology solutions
  • Superior writing and communication skills
  • Proficiency in all aspects of Microsoft Office
  • Healthcare and Payments industry experience a plus
  • Strong analytical strategic thinking and communication skills
  • Self-starter, effective at prioritizing tasks, managing time, expectations, organizing people, and getting things done
