Overview

JOB SUMMARY: The Engagement Product Manager position will be responsible for the overall management of InstaMed Engagement Solutions.  This includes, but is not limited to, consumer workflows across constituent bases, consumer billing and eStatement adoption, and patient check-in.  The position will be responsible for planning and developing the product roadmap, developing business cases, writing feature requirements, and managing feature delivery through the software delivery lifecycle. We are searching for a candidate that has strong project management and organizational skills, is a good communicator, and demonstrates proficiency in business analysis tools. 

 

Some travel will be required for this position.

 

Responsibilities

Essential Functions:

  • Focus on innovation and thinking out of the box to drive growth
  • Develop and execute on Engagement roadmap
  • Lead and deliver with multiple stakeholders – Marketing, Application Development, Compliance, Legal, and Operations
  • Ability to prioritize well, communicate clearly and understand how to drive a high level of focus and excellence with a strong, talented, opinionated team
  • Any other duties as applicable to the position
     

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate Degree
  • 5+ years of Product Management experience at a technology company
  • Experience with web and/or app-based consumer interactions
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Self-starter, effective at prioritizing tasks, managing time, expectations, organizing people, and getting things done.
