    JOB SUMMARY: The Marketing Associate – Content will be responsible for supporting the execution of marketing programs aimed at increasing sales and company growth. The ideal candidate for this position will have experience writing strong and engaging content across marketing channels, analyzing marketing strategies and communicating clearly across internal stakeholders. The candidate should have a creative mind, with the ability and desire to think critically about problems and propose solutions that align with company goals.

    Responsibilities

    Essential Functions:

    • Create and execute content marketing campaigns across all online channels
    • Compose clear, concise and engaging content for multiple mediums including website, ebooks, whitepapers, email, social media, video, webinars, press releases and presentations
    • Support the development of customer personas and utilize writing styles that appeal to various target audiences
    • Collaborate with content specialists, graphic designers and internal team members to create and review all content and ensure consistent messaging
    • Work closely with product and sales teams to develop content strategies and materials to support the sales cycle
    • Ensure adherence to content marketing best practices including frequent testing and experiments
    • Lead research to drive thought leadership that fuels white papers, webinars, press and campaigns
    • Any other duties as applicable to the position
       

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
    • 1-2 years of marketing or related experience required
    • Superior grammar, punctuation and spelling skills
    • Experience with marketing automation platforms preferred
    • Experience with Salesforce, WordPress, Adobe Creative Cloud a plus
    • Must be able to respond quickly in an environment of changing priorities
    • Must be able to set relevant priorities on a daily basis as the job requires
    • Strong communication skills
    • Healthcare and payments industry experience a plus
