    JOB SUMMARY: The Administration Associate position is an entry-level opportunity ideal for an individual looking to get their foot into the door of a high-growth company. Besides the normal day-to-day office administration duties, the ideal candidate will be exposed to various areas within the organization. There will be opportunity to work on various special projects with different department managers. This position requires a willingness to lend a hand whenever needed and a resilient, flexible attitude with lots of enthusiasm. The candidate should be team-oriented with a commitment to the success of everyone in the company.



    Essential Functions:

    • Operate and manage the Front Desk and related duties
    • Restock all kitchen areas and keep them neat and orderly
    • Provide administrative support to Executives, including travel and calendar management, etc.
    • Provide general administrative support to the office
    • Organize and upload legal agreements to eDoc repository and process retrieval requests
    • Order and manage office supplies
    • Pick-up, collate, and organize all incoming and outgoing mail and packages
    • Collate and deliver faxes as needed
    • Coordinate special meetings, including catering and supplies
    • Run errands and make deliveries
    • Coordinate office vendor relationships
    • Assist Facilities Manager with completing various projects
    • Any other duties as applicable to the position.


    • Associate’s college degree; Bachelor’s degree preferred
    • 1-2 years of office management and/or administrative support preferred
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook
    • Familiarity with cloud-based CRM databases and repositories
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of staff and external parties
    • Self-Motivated with the ability to work independently
    • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
    • High ethical and moral standards
    • Ability to act discretely with confidential information
