    JOB SUMMARY:  The Sr. Administration Associate position is a great opportunity that is ideal for an individual looking to get their foot into the door of a high-growth, technology-based company. In addition to the normal day-to-day office administrative duties, the candidate will have the opportunity to work with various areas within the organization and various special projects with different department managers.     Responsibilities

    Essential Functions:

    • Operate and manage the Front Desk and related duties
    • Restock kitchen area and keep neat and orderly
    • Provide administrative support to Executives, including travel and calendar management, etc.
    • Provide general administrative support to the office
    • Organize and upload legal agreements to eDoc repository and process retrieval requests
    • Order and manage office supplies
    • Pick-up, collate, and organize all incoming and outgoing mail and packages
    • Collate and deliver faxes as needed
    • Coordinate special meetings, including catering and supplies
    • Run errands and make deliveries
    • Coordinate office vendor relationships
    • Assist Facilities Manager with completing various projects
    • Any other duties as applicable to the position
       

    Qualifications

    • Associates degree; Bachelor’s degree preferred
    • 5+ years of office management experience, as well as administrative support of senior management
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, particularly travel and meeting calendar management
    • Familiarity with cloud-based CRM databases and repositories
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Ability to lift heavy packages up to 25lbs
    • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of staff and external parties
    • Self-Motivated with the ability to work independently
    • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
    • High ethical and moral standards
    • Ability to act discretely with confidential information
