    JOB SUMMARY: The Sales Analyst, reporting to the Director of Sales Operations performs budgeting, planning, reporting and analysis activities for sales operations. In addition, the role will require additional deep dive analysis into certain KPI’s where executives may have additional questions or need further analysis and insights. We need someone who can create systems and processes that improve overall data operations. Our ideal candidate can work on multiple projects simultaneously and translate business data into digestible information that improves corporate processes.

    Responsibilities

    Essential Functions:

    • Become an expert on InstaMed’s data model
    • Weekly status reporting to executives
    • Monthly reporting on companywide strategic objectives
    • Data support for various teams Quarterly/Annual Business Review process
    • Partner with other stakeholder teams across the business (finance, marketing, human resources) to develop necessary analysis and documentation that ensures the business is running as effectively and efficiently as possible.
    • Any other duties as applicable to the position
       

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • 1+ years’ experience in using Salesforce
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with expert Microsoft Excel skills
    • Superior written and oral communication skills
    • Self-starter with out-of-the box problem solving skills
    • Exceptional time management skills
    • Ability to work well independently and as a team member
    • Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
