    JOB SUMMARY: InstaMed is looking for self-motivated, proactive, results-oriented candidates who want to excel and learn in an open, professional, and team-oriented environment. Individuals in this position will have the opportunity to directly impact business processes, product development and revenue.  The Professional Services Payer Implementation Manager position will be responsible for implementing new health plan customers on InstaMed’s payer focused solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive project management experience in healthcare technology and be able to learn in a fast-paced environment.  The Implementation Manager must be effective at time management and be capable of successfully managing 4 to 8 concurrent implementation projects.  The Implementation Manager will be assessed on overall project success, customer satisfaction and teamwork/collaboration.  The Implementation Manager will be required to maintain strong working relationships with other personnel in sales, contracting, product management and technical operations.



    Essential Functions:

    • Manage customer implementation projects in an effective and expedient manner
    • Identify requirements, understand workflow and conduct detailed data analysis
    • Perform root-cause analysis, develop logical conclusions and suggest appropriate courses of action
    • Manage customer expectations and effectively negotiate solution options and constraints
    • Deliver end-user training that drives adoption and satisfaction
    • Respond to direct customer inquiries and cases assigned by supervisor
    • Any other duties as applicable to the position


    • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a customer-facing position with a technology-oriented company
    • Knowledge of Healthcare Revenue Cycle is preferred
    • Prior experience working for or with Payers is a plus
    • Bachelor’s Degree required
    • Extensive Project Management experience with complex technology solutions
    • Strong ability to rapidly learn InstaMed’s platform and solutions
    • Strong ability to acquire and apply new technical and industry knowledge quickly
    • Excellent organizational skills in managing timelines of implementations
    • Sound judgment in setting customer expectations and managing sensitive customer situations
    • Strong ability to present and effectively communicate product use
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Outstanding attention to detail
    • Proficiency in all aspects of Microsoft Office
