JOB SUMMARY: InstaMed is looking for self-motivated, proactive, results-oriented candidates who want to excel and learn in an open, professional, and team-oriented environment. The Professional Services Payer Implementation Manager position will be responsible for implementing new health plan customers on InstaMed’s payer focused solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive project management experience in healthcare technology and be able to learn in a fast-paced environment. The Implementation Manager must be effective at time management and be capable of successfully managing 4 to 8 concurrent implementation projects. The Implementation Manager will be assessed on overall project success, customer satisfaction and teamwork/collaboration. The Implementation Manager will be required to maintain strong working relationships with other personnel in sales, contracting, product management and technical operations.
