    JOB SUMMARY: InstaMed is seeking a high-energy and experienced tech industry Sales Development Manager to grow and lead a team of 6 sales development representatives (SDR). The SDR manager will be responsible for helping the SDRs achieve qualified meetings goals to support a team of Sales Executives. In this role, you will spend your time coaching and developing the SDR’s while providing the content, tools and process to execute a data-driven outbound sales strategy. You will employ the full breadth of the InstaMed sales and marketing tech stack and work with sales operations to identify additional opportunities for the development of people, process and technology.  The ideal candidate is analytical and curious with a positive mindset and a penchant for motivating and developing early-career sales professionals.

    Responsibilities

    Essential Functions:

    • 1:1 sales coaching using call recordings and role play
    • Designing and planning a sequence strategy for each SDR to maximize productivity, efficiency and effectiveness
    • Working closely with Marketing and Sales Ops to deliver insights on sequences and call scripts to support continuous improvement of the outbound sales process and documented in the sales playbook
    • Create regular incentive programs and gamification to motivate the SDR team
    • Support continuous process improvement initiatives around sales operations
    • Organize, analyze and communicate data and insights to drive increased productivity and effectiveness.
    • Maintain accurate and timely administrative responsibilities relevant to the position
    • Adhere to company policies and procedures for proper execution of compliance, training and regulatory duties
    • Any other duties applicable to the position
       

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree or higher
    • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a SaaS sales management position, preferably in the healthcare software industry
    • Prior experience as an individual contributor in an SDR or heavy outbound position highly preferred
    • Excellent people management and coaching skills
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficiency in sales and marketing technology such as: Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft, Pardot
