JOB SUMMARY: InstaMed is seeking a high-energy and experienced tech industry Sales Development Manager to grow and lead a team of 6 sales development representatives (SDR). The SDR manager will be responsible for helping the SDRs achieve qualified meetings goals to support a team of Sales Executives. In this role, you will spend your time coaching and developing the SDR’s while providing the content, tools and process to execute a data-driven outbound sales strategy. You will employ the full breadth of the InstaMed sales and marketing tech stack and work with sales operations to identify additional opportunities for the development of people, process and technology. The ideal candidate is analytical and curious with a positive mindset and a penchant for motivating and developing early-career sales professionals.
