    JOB SUMMARY: The Channel Marketing Manager is responsible for InstaMed’s Healthcare IT (HCIT) partner marketing initiatives, including the planning and execution of programs that drive brand awareness, lead generation and sales. This is a highly-visible role within the organization as the Channel Marketing Manager will be instrumental in the company’s ability to maximize growth opportunities with HCIT partners and key healthcare organizations. HCIT partners include practice management systems, EMRs, EHRs, patient account systems and proprietary systems. This position requires a strategic, critical thinker with the ability to develop relationships internally across functions and with external stakeholders.


    Essential Functions:

    • Developing marketing plans to support the expansion of InstaMed products and solutions with HCIT partners including practice management systems, EMRs, EHRs, patient account systems and proprietary systems
    • Researching industry segments and partners to inform plans and strategies
    • Planning and execution of multichannel campaigns that increase brand awareness and market share
    • Implementing campaigns to achieve aggressive lead generation targets and nurture contacts through the sales conversion pipeline
    • Working closely with sales and product teams to develop sales collateral, including presentations, sales sheets, webinars, videos and event collateral
    • Working closely with analysts to track, measure and analyze campaign activities and results
    • Maximizing relationships with channel partners to collaborate and deploy marketing plans
    • Managing budgets for channel marketing programs
    • Any other duties as applicable to the position


    • 5+ years of marketing experience within the B2B technology industry
    • Experience in the healthcare industry preferred
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Technology or related fields
    • Ability to grasp complex industry information and apply to marketing messaging
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with strong attention to detail, in order to influence partners, team members and senior management
    • Superb organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines
    • Experience with CRM (i.e., Salesforce), marketing automation (i.e., Pardot), CMS (i.e., Wordpress)
    • Strong grasp of digital marketing best practices and tools, including content marketing, SEO, SEM, Social, Display
    • Understanding of Analytics and its application
    • Proven track record of success working both individually and as part of a team
    • Highly motivated, results-driven individual, capable of working in a fast-paced and dynamic organization
