JOB SUMMARY: The Director of Sales Operations will report directly to the Executive Vice President of Business Development and will be responsible for systemizing the sales processes to increase the sales teams’ efficiency and effectiveness from the Philadelphia office. This role will manage and oversee teams responsible for Sales Technology, Analytics, Training, and Sales Support. This role will collaborate and work closely with the Marketing and various Sales teams.
