JOB SUMMARY: The Network Relationship Management Associate (Inside Sales) position is ideal for a candidate who is willing and able to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. This position will be responsible for supporting the company’s efforts to increase healthcare provider adoption by enrolling providers for electronic remittance advice processing via the InstaMed network. The position will also be servicing existing InstaMed accounts to enroll providers for additional InstaMed solutions. The Associate will be required to manage customers’ expectations and experience in a way that results in high customer satisfaction, maintain frequent voice and email contact with providers, and be required to maintain strong working relationships with other departments within InstaMed. Superior customer contact skills and strong attention to detail are required.
