    JOB SUMMARY: The Sales Operations Analyst position will be responsible for supporting InstaMed's entire Business Development organization, including Marketing, Sales and Account Management. The ideal candidate for this position will have a passion for data governance and demonstrate the ability to create systems and processes that improve overall data operations. We are searching for a candidate who understands the effort and dedication required to grow the business of healthcare payments.

    Responsibilities

    Essential Functions:

    • Execute all Account identification and segmentation activities, including populating data points critical to segmentation, managing integration with third-party data sources and establishing proper parent parent-child Account hierarchies within all organizations where they exist
    • Ensure accuracy of Account and Opportunity assignment for all Business Development and Account Management teams
    • Prepare and load targeted campaigns based on ad-hoc criteria or specific events
    • Manage all Salesforce Data Governance activities, including data de-duplication, data audits and defining, testing and rolling-out enhancements to systems and processes
    • Become an expert on InstaMed’s data model including customer and transactional data and data sources such as the InstaMed Platform, CRM system and Data Warehouse
    • Any other duties as applicable to the position
       

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • 1+ years’ experience in Sales Operations using Salesforce.com
    • Expert skills in Microsoft Excel
    • Superior written and oral communication skills
    • Self-starter with out-of-the box problem solving skills
    • Exceptional time management skills
    • Ability to work well independently and as a team member
