JOB SUMMARY: The Sales Manager will oversee the team of inside sales associates and outbound business development representatives (7-10) who are responsible for supporting business development activities which contribute to the achievement of the quarterly and annual revenue plan. The position is responsible for day-to-day management, coaching, development and sales support for the mid-market inside sales team. Day-to-day activities will entail one-on-one management of Business Development Associates and Business Development Representatives, liaison between the team and internal departments (Professional Services, Account Management, Product Management, Marketing), remote presentations and other supporting sales activities from the Philadelphia office.
