JOB SUMMARY: The Customer Service Associate will be responsible for the resolution of customer issues related to InstaMed’s platform for healthcare and financial transactions. The Customer Service Associate is required to manage the customers' expectations and experience in a way that results in high customer satisfaction and must maintain frequent voice and email contact with customers and business partners.
This position will work a modified overnight schedule, five days a week. Position will have weekend responsibilities with time off during the week. Remote work options available.
