JOB SUMMARY: InstaMed is looking for self-motivated, proactive, results-oriented candidates who want to excel and learn in an open, professional, and team-oriented environment. The Business Development Representative is a sales professional who strategically hunts and qualifies new business opportunities for InstaMed Business Development team. The ideal candidate will be highly self-motivated, persistent and comfortable calling prospects who have limited awareness of InstaMed. This candidate should have a keen understanding of the healthcare landscape and be able to articulate technical terms and quantitative value propositions. The Business Development Representative will be assigned a region and a number of target accounts to engage and qualify for demonstrations with the paired Sales Executives on their team. The Business Development Representative will be compensated for all demonstrations sourced and receive commission for those that become InstaMed customers.
