    JOB SUMMARY: The Patient Statement Implementations Manager will be the primary solution owner for implementations of InstaMed’s Patient Billing Solution.  He/she will own completion of the Patient Billing work streams across multiple implementations working with a team including the Implementation Manager, Data Analyst, and Application Operations to ensure customer requirements are vetted, documented, are aligned with product capabilities and inform design decisions for the statements work stream.


    The Patient Statement Implementations Manager is expected to actively drive best practices and adhere to the implementation methodology to ensure consistent and on-time solution delivery.  Additionally, this role will work closely with Product Development and Solution Engineering to identify product enhancements and process improvement.  The ideal candidate will have at least 3-6 years of experience delivering technology solutions within the healthcare or payments industry, Patient Billing implementation experience is preferred.  


    Essential Functions:

    • Provide Solution expertise to support the implementation of InstaMed’s Patient Billing Solutions. 
    • Attend customer calls, as needed, to review solution design, supported capabilities, and proposed output to meet customer requirements.
    • Review customer customization requests to determine feasibility, level-of-effort, and potential workarounds. 
    • Collaborate with Business Development, Contracting, Product Management and Technical Operations departments in support of Patient Billing implementations.
    • Work closely with InstaMed partners to ensure consistency of solution delivery.
    • Work with Customer Support and Application Operations to continuously monitor ongoing patient billing activities to ensure a positive customer experience and full utilization of the InstaMed solutions.
    • Any other duties as applicable to the position. 


    • Proven ability to manage teams within a fast-paced environment
    • Strong understanding of the healthcare or payments industry
    • Excellent organizational skills in managing timelines of multiple implementations
    • Ability to rapidly understand the InstaMed Platform and solutions
    • Ability to acquire and apply new technical and industry knowledge quickly
    • Sound judgment in setting customer expectations and managing sensitive customer situations
    • Minimum 3-6 years of experience in a customer-facing position
    • Prior experience in a Technology Company Required
    • Healthcare or Payment experience preferred
