JOB SUMMARY:

InstaMed is looking for self-motivated, proactive, results-oriented candidates who want to excel and learn in an open, professional, and team-oriented environment. Individuals in this position will have the opportunity to directly impact revenue retention and revenue growth. The Business Development Coordinator is responsible for supporting relationships with InstaMed’s healthcare provider accounts and Account Management teams. 

Responsibilities

Essential Functions:

  • Support Account Management activities which contribute to the achievement of the annual revenue plan and account retention
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of InstaMed solutions, products and processes
  • Review and submit enrollment forms and initiate contracts for Professional Services
  • Shepherd tasks for typical incoming account requests related to: remapping outlets/MIDS, renaming of outlets, DBA name changes, etc.
  • Validate solution scope and expected volumes for new enrollments
  • Resolve customer escalations and provide the customer with timely status updates and resolution
  • Collaborate with InstaMed Business Development, Professional Services and Customer Service in support of our customers
  • Show preparation on weekly summaries to manager
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all activities relevant to the position
  • Any other duties as applicable to the position  

Qualifications

  • Excellent people skills and ability to build relationships with customers
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand InstaMed’s solution suite and articulate our value proposition
  • Sound judgment in setting customer expectations and managing sensitive customer situations
  • Excellent organizational skills in daily calling activities and follow-ups
  • Experience in a customer-facing position
  • Healthcare technology experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
