JOB SUMMARY:

InstaMed is looking for independent, self-motivated, proactive, results-oriented candidate who want to excel and learn in an open, professional, team-oriented environment. The Implementations Associate will be responsible for implementing InstaMed’s solutions with our customers and partners.  Individuals in this position will have the opportunity to directly impact business processes, product development and revenue.  The Associate will be required to maintain strong working relationships with other personnel in sales, contracting, product management and technical operations.

 

Responsibilities

Essential Functions:

  • Manage Partner Implementation projects in an effective and expedient manner to ensure quality and scalability of partner solutions
  • Project Management responsibility for partner and select enterprise account implementations
  • Coordination with technical, standard implementation, customer service and business development resources to implement partners and select enterprise accounts
  • Reporting on the revenue contribution of all partner implementations
  • Support Professional Services personnel implementing partner and customer accounts
  • Providing leadership and continuous improvement of people, process and tools tied to all Partner implementations
  • Project Management responsibility for select internal, product initiatives and projects related to product introduction
  • Manage customer expectations and effectively negotiate solution options and constraints
  • Any other duties as applicable to the position

Qualifications

  • Project Management experience required
  • Healthcare or payment experience required
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer-facing position
  • Knowledge of EDI including claims, ERA’s, and EOB’s is preferred
  • Ability to rapidly learn InstaMed’s platform and solutions
  • Excellent organizational skills in managing timelines of implementations
  • Sound judgment in setting customer expectations and managing sensitive customer situations
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Bachelor’s degree required
