JOB SUMMARY:

 

InstaMed is looking for self-motivated, proactive, results-oriented candidates who want to excel and learn in an open, professional, and team-oriented environment. The Inside Sales Representative will identify business opportunities by developing new prospects in order to increase interest and qualify leads for the Outside Sales team. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of InstaMed’s product offerings, and the ability to close smaller deals while communicating our value to the healthcare industry.

 

Responsibilities

Essential Functions:           

 

  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails
  • Coordinating virtual demonstrations
  • Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate department for further development and closure
  • Assist new customers in successful completion of online registration tool
  • Any other duties as applicable to the position

 

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years in an inside sales role making a high volume of cold calls & emails

  • Ability to comprehend the InstaMed product line and to communicate our value proposition to prospects

  • Must interact effectively with all levels of management and staff, internally and externally

  • Experience in lead nurturing, lead generation, and appointment setting

  • Must be adaptable, professional, courteous and motivated, and must work well individually or as a member of a team

  • Strong Internet research skills required

  • Excellent presentation skills, verbal and written communication skills, and interpersonal skills.

  • Highly organized and attentive to detail

  • Highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in related field
