Individuals in this position will work cross-functionally in the support of payer clients. The Enterprise Account Coordinator will support the Payer Account Management team and Payer customers in defining solutions and documenting client business requirements to further imbed InstaMed products. We are searching for a candidate that is curious and passionate, with a strong ability to understand people and organizations and identify mutually beneficial solutions to the problems they face in the rapidly evolving healthcare payments industry.


Essential Functions:

  • Build and nurture strategic relationships with operational staff within payer organizations
  • Author Business Requirements Documents to define client’s requirement for Professional Services and Solution Engineering to define approach to achieve desired outcome
  • Collaborate with Account Management, Professional Services, and Customer Service in support of client’s inquiries
  • Identify operational gaps and product limitations and propose solutions
  • Guide customer expectations to implement solution features using best practices and industry experience
  • Assist Account Directors in business support and management, advise AD’s of any potential business matters that require additional follow up
  • Capture and manage payer client enhancement requests. Work with internal teams to prioritize and coordinate completion
  • For Enterprise clients needing ongoing operational meetings. This will coordinate and manage ongoing action log as it relates to issues and/or enhancement requests. This includes working internally on resolution and closure of action items
  • Participate in regular meetings with payers, in person if necessary, but primarily in a remote mode (telephonic, web conferences, etc.)
  • Assist in identifying business opportunities with existing clients
  • Maintain broad knowledge of customer accounts, industry and competitors
  • Any other duties as applicable to the position



  • Excellent people skills and ability to build meaningful relationships with customers
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand InstaMed’s solution suite
  • Healthcare and Payments industry experience preferred
  • Project Management experience a plus
  • Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience working with technology solutions in a customer-facing position
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • Demonstrate passion about solving complex business problems through technology
  • Experience implementing enterprise solutions and solid grasp of technical details related to systems integration
  • Strong analytical strategic thinking and communication skills
  • Self-starter, effective at prioritizing tasks, managing time, expectations, organizing people and getting things doneProficiency in all aspects of Microsoft Office
