JOB SUMMARY:
InstaMed is looking for self-motivated, proactive, results-oriented candidates who want to excel and learn in an open, professional, and team-oriented environment. Individuals in this position will have the opportunity to directly impact revenue retention and revenue growth. The Account Management Associate is responsible for managing and growing relationships with InstaMed’s healthcare provider accounts.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions:

  • Support Business Development activities which contribute to the achievement of the annual revenue plan
  • Perform daily outbound calls to welcome new customers to the InstaMed Network and help them understand how to effectively use the solutions they selected
  • Perform daily outbound calling to existing customers to communicate new product features and solutions with a goal of lead generation
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of InstaMed solutions, products and processes
  • Identify opportunities to upsell customers additional InstaMed solutions, including outbound calling as part of upsell campaigns
  • Serve as an escalation point for any service issues: manage the escalation activities with the different InstaMed departments and provide the customer timely status updates and resolution
  • Collaborate with InstaMed Business Development, Professional Services and Customer Service in support of your customers
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all activities relevant to the position
  • Any other duties as applicable to the position

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer facing-position
  • Excellent people skills and ability to build relationships with customers
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand InstaMed’s solution suite and articulate our value proposition
  • Sound judgment in setting customer expectations and managing sensitive customer situations
  • Excellent organizational skills in daily calling activities and follow-ups
  • Healthcare technology experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
