The Corporate Recruiter will contribute to the overall success of InstaMed by supporting the headcount and recruitment needs of a fast-growing business. This role will interface with Hiring Managers and HR to ensure headcount forecast are met, talent acquisition activities are in line with business needs and the business is well informed of recruiting activity. The individual will also be responsible for performing talent recruitment alongside coordination activities.
Partner with Hiring Managers to review, analyze and clarify job specifications, leadership behaviors and skills required
Understand business operations and develop and deploy recruiting strategies to fill staffing needs
Develop sourcing plans specific to each job opportunity within designated locations and build a pipeline of diverse talent with candidates sourced and ready for interviewing and presentation to Hiring Managers
Manage and oversee external recruiting vendors as needed
Manage and coordinate all communication with candidates, including pre-screening, interview scheduling, interview preparation and process overview, setting expectations, and assist HR and Hiring Manager with post-offer discussions and closing
Provides employment recommendations to Hiring Manager based upon candidate qualifications, application materials, interviews, and references
Prepare weekly status reporting on open job requisitions as defined by HR and the Hiring Manger
Any other duties applicable to the position
3 - 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a recruiting role with a focus on mining/sourcing for talent
Sales recruitment experience is a plus
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (iCIMS preferred)
In-depth knowledge of a variety of sourcing strategies and tools, including internet sourcing and social media
Demonstrated ability in cold calling target companies
Excellent follow-up skills
Experience with negotiating terms of offers with prospective new hire offers
Ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments with aggressive timelines
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
High level of candidate care and interaction
Must be able to communicate across multiple leadership levels.
Must be proficient with reporting capabilities and be able to use data to show recruitment effectiveness and production.
Knowledge of employment law as it pertains to hiring is a must
