JOB SUMMARY:
InstaMed is looking for self-motivated, proactive, results-oriented candidates who want to excel and learn in an open, professional, and team-oriented environment. Individuals in this position will have the opportunity to directly impact revenue growth. The Business Development Associate is responsible for executing demos and closing new provider business through InstaMed’s Channel Partners.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions:

Partner Facing

  • Ensure highest level of relationship quality is achieved/maintained with the InstaMed Channel Partners
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of InstaMed solutions, products and processes
  • Collaborate with the InstaMed Channel Partners on sales pipeline initiatives and tactics to accelerate sales
  • Conduct joint sales calls with the InstaMed Channel Partners on prospective accounts, in person if necessary, but primarily in a remote mode (telephonic, web conferences, etc.)
  • Maintain regularly scheduled meeting plan with the InstaMed Channel Partners, both in person and remote

Account Facing

  • Deliver product demos to prospective accounts
  • Prepare value analysis reports to substantiate the value of InstaMed
  • Prepare proposals in collaboration with InstaMed Channel Partners to prospective accounts
  • Introduce best practices associated with use of InstaMed

Internal

  • Regular interaction with Business Managers, Marketing, Product Management and Professional Services departments of InstaMed
  • Advise InstaMed Business Managers of any potential business matters requiring follow-up
  • Maintain accurate and timely administrative responsibilities relevant to the position
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures for proper execution of compliance, training and regulatory duties
  • Any other duties as applicable to the position

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer facing-position.
  • Excellent people skills and ability to build relationships with customers.
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand InstaMed’s solution suite and articulate our value proposition.
  • Excellent organizational skills in daily calling activities and follow-ups.
  • Healthcare technology experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
